Director and Founder of Flux Capacity, a sales, engagement and leadership consultancy based here in Queenstown.
Nick brings 20 years experience working in sales & training across Europe, Asia, Australia & New Zealand, within real estate, publishing, recruitment and healthcare.
Identified as Dyslexic at a young age, Nick fostered a passion for learning and thinking differently. Through a career of participating in and delivering sales programs, he developed ICONIC Selling, a customer-centric and consultative approach to sales which is more conversational than transactional, helping to establish trust, rapport and build value for the customer.
In this Lunch n’ Learn Nick will explore Objection Handling and how to use this as a natural part of the sales process, helping to establish customer motivations and unlock more sales where competitors walk away.
What to bring: Lunch and a drink (filtered water source available to fill your bottle or cup) No computer is necessary, as this demo will be recorded and notes will be provided afterward for your use.
Venue: This lunch and learn session will be held at Prospector Collaboration Space. A membership to Prospector is not required to attend.
